Inline Thermoforming: with this devolopment we have introduced a new era of the thermoforming technology and thus realized the fastest way from raw material to the finished product. Continuously refined according to the newest technical standard, our thermoforming systems are operating successfully in the factories of important thermoplastic processors all over the world.
Our TC lines make it possible to produce polypropylene on an in-line basis, too.

Whilst refining our Inline systems, we have developed our multilayer coextrusion system, on which multi-layer sheet with up to seven layers can be extruded.

Thus, we are able to produce thermoformed barrier con-tainers using the Inline process:

• rationally
• matching the raw material
  requirements
• without scrap

 
From PS granulate to drinking cups: INF 400 / INF 2000
 



Our specialty: production lines for drinking cups

The lines of the series INF 400 and INF 2000 are especially designed for the production of

drinking cups out of Polystyrene. Maximum output, combined with the other advantages of the Inline process, will reduce the production costs to a minimum.
