Founding of Bellaplast

1968

Development of inline thermoform systems

1977

Bellaplast becomes wholly owned subsidiary of Polysar.
Presentation of the TC inline thermoform plant

1979

Polysar sells off its mechanical engineering subsidiaries.
Bellaplast is taken over by its four founders and run as an independent company.

1985

The Krupp group takes over Bellaplast.
The new company is called  Krupp-Bellaform.

1994

Krupp-Bellaform GmbH becomes Bellaform Extrusionstechnik GmbH after a management buyout.

1995

Shear roller manufacture begins.

2007

Takeover by the Puetz Group, who maintain the company

2009

Move to the new company premises in Gau-Algesheim
