1957 | Founding of Bellaplast |
1968 | Development of inline thermoform systems |
1977 | Bellaplast becomes wholly owned subsidiary of Polysar. Presentation of the TC inline thermoform plant. |
1979 | Polysar sells off its mechanical engineering subsidiaries. Bellaplast is taken over by its four founders and run as an independent company. |
1985 | The Krupp group takes over Bellaplast. The new company is called Krupp-Bellaform. |
1994 | Krupp-Bellaform GmbH becomes Bellaform Extrusionstechnik GmbH after a management buyout. |
1995 | Shear roller manufacture begins |
2007 | Takeover by the Puetz Group, who maintain the company as Bellaform GmbH. |
2009 | Move to the new company premises in Gau-Algesheim |
2016 | Move to the new final assembly shop with 700 m² |
