The cutting guide detection works via coded sensors. The system detects when a different guide is needed.

Equipment features:

• Tool-free quick-change system for the cutting guide
• The cutting guide detection works via coded sensors, that are embedded in the guides. Thereby, the product is assigned the correct cutting guide from the product list.
• Blade heating / blade cooling
• Scrap cuts:
  Production rejects are selectively removed via a pneumatically actuated slide or at the end of the transfer belt.
• Optional:
  Spraying of the blade with coolant / lubricant
