Upon special customer request, Bellaform has developed and installed an electrical monitoring module that optimises the production process a little more once again.
We will gladly retrofit your existing Bellaform shear roller mixing system with this as well.
Function:
In order to prevent contamination and interferences in the production process, the pressure roll and cutting knives must not touch the granulation ring. An electrical circuit closes once the distance grows too small. It emits an optical signal with an
error message.
Notice: This equipment is only possible when processing non-conductive material.
