• The great precision in production makes Bellaform systems ideally suited for the manufacturing of highly precise products.

Possible variations

• Bellaform systems let you equip the hoses in production with a welding lug, x-ray contrast stripes or barrier layers.

Wrapping, cutting or punching

• After production, the hoses can be wrapped, cut or punched endlessly for further processing. 

• Material: different material combinations possible: PE mixture, PP, Soft PVC, SEBS
• Outer diameter: max. 12 mm
• Wall thickness: depending on the product
• Length: endless wrapping, cutting or punching
• Speed: max. 80 m/min, depending on product diameter
• Variations: available with x-ray contrast stripes
