Diverse products

• Bellaform systems offer the possibility of vastly differing products. You can produce casings from rubber-plastic combinations or even elastomer-plastic combinations.

Grip coating

• By using a co-extrusion line, the pencil casings can receive an additional grip coating that provides a better and more comfortable surface feel for the pencil

• Material: PP, LDPE/ HDPE, PS
• Outer diameter: max. 12 mm
• Length: cut and stacked
• Speed: max. 80 m/min, depending on product diameter
• Variations: as co-extrusion with grip coating
