Profitability

• Bellaform systems ensure extremely economical production thanks to their high throughput speeds. The new process of refill extrusion is significantly less expensive than the classical production process.

Dosage control

• The material dosage can be controlled gravimetrically or by volume.

Stacking and packaging

• It is also possible to connect stacking and packaging equipment to the extrusion line. This lets you handle refill production from manufacturing to packaging in one work process.

• Material: Special mixtures depending on application
• Outer diameter: max. 2–4 mm
• Length: cut and stacked
• Speed: max. 90 m/min, depending on product diameter; max. 180 in double strand process
