02/2025 – Pütz Group takes over Extrudex

Since June 1, 2025, the long-established machine manufacturer Extrudex Kunststoffmaschinen GmbH from Mühlacker (Baden-Württemberg) has been part of the Pütz Group – and now operates under the new name bella Extrudex GmbH. With this strategic acquisition, the Pütz Group is strengthening its technological leadership in the field of plastics extrusion. Bellaform and bella Extrudex are pooling their technical expertise, development capacities and in-depth application knowledge at Group level.
