Our A 600 and A 1000 takeoffs feature precise servo control and ensure a consistently stable takeoff speed – even at high system output. For maximum efficiency and process reliability, all previously optional features are now included in the standard configuration.

Standard configuration A 600 and A 1000:

• Automatic synchronous gap adjustment by the product itself to maintain a constant product center
• Quick opening and quick closing of the belts
• Weightless movable upper and lower carriage for protecting the belts
• Measurement and display of the band gap
• Mechanical adjustment of the belt spacing  for belt replacement using a spindle or crank (only when the power is off)
• The products are guided by side rollers, the roller spacing can be adjusted using a handwheel
• Electronic pressure adjustment via display for precise, reproducible adjustment of the contact pressure
• Low-maintenance direct drive without toothed belt – direct drive of the belts via 2 directly installed servo motors
• Internal protective housing for optical and mechanical division of the belt area
